Christmas came early for me here at Baking Kneads! A company specializing in melting chocolate, Chocoley, sent me 2.5 pounds of their Bada Bing Bada Boom Gourmet Compound Chocolate Candy & Molding Formula in White.
(I’ll be posting a couple more recipes in January using more of their chocolate in Dark!)
I was able to make three recipes, plus a bonus, out of the 2.5lbs that they so kindly sent me! I have so many sweets in my home that I decided I wanted to share the wealth and make some Holiday Goodie Tins to share with my family.
Here’s what’s included in each tin!
White Chocolate Cheesecake Pops

These delicious cheesecake pops are a yummy combination of cheesecake and chocolate! Add a sweet crunch to the creamy, smooth cheesecake filling by making cheesecake balls and dipping them in melting chocolate.
