Who doesn’t love homemade cheesecake??? Well, it gets even more delicious during strawberry season!

This is my absolute favorite no bake cheesecake (or white chocolate pie) recipe. You’ll love this recipe by Jamie Cooks It Up so much, you may be disappointed next time you get a slice from a restaurant.

White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

If you’re like me and feel like using a store bought crust, then start off with melting about 1/2 cup of white chocolate and letting it cool slightly while you mix the other ingredients.

If you’d rather make your own crust, you can find the graham cracker crust recipe at the link up above.

Mix 12 oz of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, when smooth add 2 cups of powdered sugar and continue mixing.Cream Cheese Cream Cheese and Sugar Next mix in 2 cups of whipped cream, followed by the melted white chocolate and a dash of salt. Make sure the white chocolate hasn’t started hardening before putting it in with the other ingredients.

If it has, warm it a little more to melt it again.Whipped Cream MixtureSpread the mixture into your crust and smooth it out.

Wash and slice up a batch of strawberries and lay them on top of the filling. Stack up as many as you want.Sliced Strawberries
