Big booboo, I took the cheesecake out after baking then refrigerating 4 hours only. Centre about 3 inches around was mushy. I put it back in the oven for about 20 min. [Out of the pan!] Well that was a disaster! It blew up and cracked open everywhere ...so I am going to put this cake in little containers with the topping so everyone gets their own individual dessert this way I can salvage it.lol..I won't make that mistake again. Cook longer and set a lot longer and measure properly not by what I think is good. I've made so many cheesecakes I didn't feel I needed to measure anymore. Surprise! Not as smart as I thought I was!
