Cookies don’t need many ingredients, and they’re relatively easy to make. You can create a cookie-themed banner, hang some balloons, and get some tablecloths with cookies drawn on them.
Prepare the ingredients, make the filling, and get some cookie cutters in different shapes—now your party is ready!
2 – Fairytale Baking
If you have a daughter, you can create a fairytale party for her and her friends.
Prepare plenty of pink icing, buy some decorating treats inspired by princesses or dragons, and hang some castle-themed decorations. You can choose to bake cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, or all of them.
3 – Tea Party Baking
If you’re a fan of Alice in Wonderland, be inspired by the Mad Hatter’s tea party and run your own baking-themed one.
Prepare for baking mini cookies, mini cakes, and pastries that can be served at a tea party. For decorations, put some fancy teacups and teapots, a decorative tablecloth, and a couple of flower vases here and there.

If you want the whole neighborhood to talk about your baking party, here’s how to do it right:
1 – Prepare Various Activities
Though baking is the main theme of the party, it won’t take that long. That’s why you’ll want to prepare some activities in advance that’ll keep the kids busy.
Arrange for a baking contest with different categories so that you can have multiple winners. The categories can be the best decoration, most creative, best color coordination, etc.
Aside from the baking contest, you can set up a photo booth to end up with some fun pictures from the party.
2 – Create a Mocktail Station
What’s a party without a drink station? Prepare for some kid-friendly mocktails and create a drink station. I’m thinking sprinkles for the flute rims, tiny umbrellas to decorate the glasses, and white serving trays.
You can even have a set menu for the drinks and have the kids choose from it.
3 – Give Party Favors
If you want to host a truly memorable party, give the kids something to remember. You can give each child a personalized apron with their name to take home. Or, you can prepare tiny baking kits and give them away, so the kids can have their own baking parties at home.
For something easier, you can prepare recipe cards with the baked goods you made at the party and give them to the kids at the end.

To keep the kids entertained throughout the party, prepare for some games, like Guess the Ingredient. In this game, you can blindfold a kid and have them guess different baking ingredients by touch or smell.
You can also create a baking bingo game and have the kids play it while their treats are baking.

Amid all the fun and baking, don’t forget to provide supervision for the kids’ safety. If you’re going to be busy preparing, make sure there are enough adults to keep an eye on the kids, especially if there’s a hot oven involved.
