  2. Next, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into the bowl. Combine the flour with the butter and sugar. At this point, the mixture will look like a powdery crumble.
  3. Add in the beaten egg and espresso and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing!
  4. Scoop the cookie dough into 2-inch balls, then place them on a lined tray. Allow them to chill in the fridge for 90 minutes. This lets the dough deepen in flavor.
  5. Once the cookie dough is chilled, it’s time to preheat your oven to 365°F.

Do you have a picture of the cookies? The picture at the beginning shows finger shaped cookies and the recipe says to make a 2 inch ball and bake that.
